Release button needed to stop cuelist

I stored a single cue in the playback window. I'm able to start and stop this cue by pressing the cue button (in the user settings the button is configured as latch)
I also recorded a cuelist, also stored in the playback window. I can start the cuelist by pressing the button in the playback window but when I press again the next cue in the cuelist is played.
Instead of this, I'd like an action not to stop the cuelist but like I press the release button, and then the cue button.

Can this be changed that I can start/stop (read release) the cuelist by only 1 button, as it works with a single cue?

This behaviour is deliberate to allow you to fire and step through cues in a cue list with only one button. What you could do is add a second cue with the Release Me macro so that when the cue list progresses to that cue it will be released.
