We have a JIA brand Moving head and they have provided R20 files for avolite and we have a titan one dongel.
We are not found this personalities in fixtures library as well as unable to start moving heads.
Please guide us where to put that personalities and how to start moving head through titan.

We have also one laser light and one haze machine that are dmx controlled then how we can start and stop and pause it through software.( Which are also not from standard fixtures library.

You need to make .d4 personality file for them.
