We organization bought a Titan One, downloaded the software, installed but could not run, requires activation. Introduced:

"Please enter key, the computer that will be displayed when the program starts.

Key Computer:____"
In the end, writes: "Computer key is not valid for Titan Simulator"
Can't understand why, or are we doing something wrong?
When you launch apps(Titan Mobile, Titan One, Titan Simulator), you receive the same window.
Please help to understand this issue. Thank you!

Please ensure that you have your TitanOne plugged in and run the TitanOne shortcut from the Start Menu. The software will require licensing before it can be used, to do this follow the instructions to export a token file and then submit this to the Titan Licensing page. If the TitanOne is not detected run the USB Expert Console and check that it shows the TitanOne and that the firmware is up-to-date. To run Titan Simulator please unplug the TitanOne before starting the software, Simulator will require a separate licence which can be retrieved automatically using the Internet Activation option.
