I have updated the personality for Fixture LEDJ Pixel Storm 6 tri batten but it will not show up on capture visualiser.
What else can I try?

That personality is not currently linked to fixture type in Capture so will not appear in the Capture Visualiser window. Use the form here to request it and select the Capture Visualiser (.c2o) option for the Desk Type.
