Titan One hanging on load screen

Havent had any problems with the titan one dongle so far but came in one night for a gig and started the software.
It stayed on the load screen with the titan logo fading in and out but wouldnt load a show or anything!

Ive uninstalled the whole pc suite, re-installed the pc suite and even after about 20 minutes it just hangs.

Ive even tried the simulator and after 20 minutes its still on the load screen ....."Staring Titan"

Ive also tried running it without the T1 dongle in and after a while i got the message that the dongle want attached ... so plugged it back in and retried ....still no luck!

Ive also tried running T1 on the simulator without the dongle plugged in and still no luck!

Cant get passed the "Starting Titan" load screen ........

HELP!!! what else can i try ?

Got a gig on Friday so any help is appreciated.
