I am having trouble upgrading since the upgrade stops saying we require Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 . Our computer has a Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later, which seems to be stopping the install of the 3.5 Service Pack 1 or 4.0. Any ideas?
I am running on Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

.NET Framework 3.5 is separate from .NET 4.0 onwards so you need to have both installed, this can be done from the Turn Windows features on or off option in the Start Menu (by typing the word features). At the top you should separate options for .NET 3.5 and .NET 4.7, you can see a screenshot in the installation notes.
