Titan Remote v10.1 Not finding Titan One v10.1 Console

Currently we are running Titan One v10.1 on Windows 10 PC.
On iOS device, Titan Remote v10.1 app is installed.
Both PC and iOS device is on the same wireless network; there are no client isolation on AP nor firewall.

The iOS app are tested on two completely different iOS versions of iOS app. Both of the devices could not find the console.
When the windows firewall was on, windows asked whether to let it access private network (the network is classed as private on windows) and let incoming connection through or not. To that dialog, I've answered yes.

I've tried both DHCP and static IP Address.

I've tried windows firewall on and off.

Initially McAfee AV was installed but that was uninstalled.

What am I missing? Is there any specific DMX setting or any other setting that needs to allow access to Titan One software?
