I download the titan one software sofware title " Avolites Titan PC Suite v10.1" from the website. I am using the USB "Titan One" and it is not getting me past this frozen step!
all it says is starting titan when i launch application
can anyone help!

This issue was resolved.
The Avolites software did not install fully because of the antivirus software that needed to be disabled temporarily to allow the .ext file to run. After the software is installed, you can enable the antivirus software + FIREWALL
