Try copying the licence file you have received into the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Avolites\Titan\Tokens and then restart the software.

Try creating a folder called Tokens under the Titan directory and copy the licence file into it.

Can you open Log Viewer Pro from the Start menu and select Open Folders from the File menu. Press the Clear button and then tick the box for Titan and click Ok. With the log file open use the Filters to only display only the Critical and Error types. Check if there are any items listed, you can ignore any which start Token file not found for:.

It looks like the hardware fingerprint of your computer may have changed, this means the licence no longer matches up with the computer. The simplest fix at this point would be to reset the licence and force the software to ask for a new one, you can do this by setting the date back one month in the past, starting the Titan One software and then closing it again after a couple of minutes, setting the correct date and starting the Titan One software again. At this point export a new token file and submit it to the website and to download a new licence file.
