Temporary License Expired

Hello,

I just bought a dongle yesterday, registered it etc, and received a temporary license from Avolites.
The problem is taht the temporary licence that is supposed to be active for 14 days is, according to the program, expired.

Has someone already experienced this problem?
Can someone help me?
I'm supposed to run a show tonight.. It's kinda problematic..

Sorry to hear that you had problems over the weekend. From our records it appears that you should now have received a full licence for your TitanOne however if you would like us to investigate further please could you run Log Collector on your computer, upload the zip file using WeTransfer or similar and either post the link here or send me a private message.
