Global palettes sometimes don't work on quick palette mode

Sometimes, my global color palettes don't work on quick palette mode.
In this case only normal palettes work.
I don't know what cause it.
But sometimes it occurred when I missclicked some buttons by mistake.
Is there a menu not to work global palette on quick mode??
I tried to find it but I couldn't.
Any help thanks!!
