Touch screen problem with Titan one

Hello, we are using Titan one software with Acer Aspire R 13 (WIN 8.1), but after 15-20 min from starting program we usually totaly lose touch control and Titan one not respond (works only with touchpad). We can only close the window by touching, other applications works good. With previous version v9.0 it was little better (2-3x on gig), but I hoped that problem will be solved in v10.0...
The second problem is, that we can not exit the software by "dropping" the window, we must close the program with "task manager".

Are you using any wireless DMX nodes or handheld radios ?
I've seen both of these kill touch before . keep them far away from the computer.

No, we don't use any wireless device near of the laptop...

Hi
I also have problem with touch screen. Use a HP Elite Desk computer and a Lenovo Thinkvision T2364t. The touchscreen works perfect in all other program on the computer but not in Titan. It stops working but if you continue to try use it it starts working after a while. I haven´t tried it but collegaue has try to change back to 9,1 and there it works fine according to them.
