Hi,
I've recently purchased a Titan One dongle to use with my four showtec moving heads and a number of par cans.
However, when going between different scenes where I have the moving heads in different positions (i.e. 0% intensity in locate positiion to 100% in a different pan/tilt position) I find that it is quite distracting and not astheticaly pleasing to see the beam of light traveling across the stage.
Hence, my question is this: Is there a way for me to tell moving heads to move to the new position before the intensity level goes up (i.e. black whilst moving)???
Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks
BDE

There is a feature called 'Move in Dark' in Cue Lists. Have a look at section 9.2.4 in the manual.
Re: Move Lights before Intensity On
this is also a setting in the menu of most movingheads

Can MID be accomplished on a single handle or does it have to be a cue list?
I'm using an executor button for a spotlight and I would like it to fade up in position rather than be seen moving into position.
Thanks!

On single cues this is called preload and can be assigned as key profile to one of the buttons of the handle. E.g. assign the blue button to preload this cue. Then, with the fader down presse the blue button to preload the cue, and then raise the fader.
