Best Turn On/Off Order Of System

My "On" order is
1. Connect Titan One dongle before power supply.
2. Power on all of my fixtures.
3. Power on PC and run Titan.

"Off"
1. Exit Titan and Power off PC.
2. Disconnect Titan One dongle.
3. Power off all of my fixtures.

I just want to know right order that doesn't harm my system.
