Licence Request Issue

Today I found this.
After installing the licence file, Titan one and sim work right.
I added another hard disk on my computer under the necessity, then Titan request a licence again.
I was in trouble with a licence problem before. At that time I solve it through reinstalling Windows 10.
So in hurry, I took it off on my pc and Titan didn't request a licence again.
