I've retuned to my laptop running Titan One with dongle.

Previously been working.

Now asking for activation.

Browse for Key, but it doesn't work.

Try exporting a new token file and submitting it to the website. You should receive your licence automatically when you submit your request.

Any reason why it happened. The computer was untouched since it was all working a couple of months ago. Is it likely to happen again?

It should normally only happen if a change is detected in the hardware configuration of your computer which leads the software to believe it is running on a new computer.
