beam is lost when you go up. I dont know whether the problem is in v10 capture visualiser or in my laptop. I have HP ProBook 4520s. If someone has a similar problem please help.

Therefore, if the imaginary horizontal line in their axis, all the beam above it is lost if it goes below horizontal beam there.
I had the same problem before when I used the capture AVOLITES training show file. All devices that were hanging on the Rig beams were visible as they went down. Everything from any device on the floor beams were not visible because they went to go up. Beam of the device on the floor would appear only when I lit the floor.

Are you sure the devices on the floor weren't below an object (ie. a box representing a stage or similar)? While viewing from the front in Capture try selecting the floor devices, locate them so that they should be lit, change wheels to visualiser, select position and adjust the 'Y' position. If you move them up does the beam eventually appear?
