V10 toggles

Hy I've just loaded tv10 and now everything works except my toggle wheels they flicker and judder but don't move as smoothly as they did before is there something I need to do

Do you mean the wheels used to change attribute and other values in the bottom right hand corner of the display? What is the specification of the computer you are using including details for the processor, memory, hard drive and graphics card?
