Cannot record on V10 remote app

Hi , on my IPhone v10 remote app working fine but I cannot record any cue on this , any solution?

Playbacks cannot be recorded on the remote, you can fire cues that have previously been recorded on the console to the Playbacks window.

Ok but , I have already some cues on my page 1 in my PC, but the app is not showing those on my remote screen , why ? . Although it shows correct fixtures patched and can change the attributes values as well .
