Can't find palette window...

Postby kimwida » 12 Sep 2016, 16:30

I am following the titan manual with titan one simulator.

The manual says that there is "Palette Window".

But I can't find that but only "Palettes and Groups".

Where is it???

There is no single Palette Window, by this it is referring to one of the several palette windows, the main ones being the Colours window, the Positions window and the Gobos and Beams window.

This manual is "exactly" not for the titan one users but the mobile, right??

And, there is a little bit difference between them??

That manual is for version 8 which is now out of date. I would suggest using the ones from the offical Avolites website.

However, as far as I can see this manual is correct and all the references made are to 'palette windows' where it explains the different types (ie. Colours, Positions and Gobos & Beams as Gregory mentioned above).

There is a combined manual for both TitanOne and Titan Mobile, later versions than the one you linked to can be downloaded from the Avolites website. The difference between them are the buttons and faders, for TitanOne they are on screen whereas the Titan Mobile has the hardware for that. The workspace windows, functionality and concepts such as the softkey menu are the same across all Titan software. In section 2.1 of the manual there is a diagram and screenshot of the Titan Mobile which you can compare to the screenshot of the TitanOne software in the same section.
