Hi Guys, I take one step forward and then one back!
I am trying to set up moves on handles (and colour shapes etc. on other handles) that can be overlaid on a running playback to override its current move (or colour/s etc.) and then when turned off, the playback that was altered continues as before.
I have spent hours on this to no avail. Whatever I try, when I turn of the shape (pull fader down) the original move stops.
Any input gratefully received.

Re: Programming
Try setting a Release mask on your playbacks so that when they are killed the values will revert to those in the playback before. You can either set a release mask for each playback individually in the Playback Options menu or set the Global Release Mask by pressing the Release button. Also if you haven't already I would suggest you use the Record Mode Channel when you are recording your playbacks so that each playback only contains and therefore changes the attributes that were in the programmer when you recorded it rather than the whole fixture. Setting Fade Mode 2 Fade to Fader in the Edit Times is an alternative to Release which will cause the LTP attributes to fade in and out following the playback fader position.
