tiger touch using remote control

Hi Can someone help me regarding using the remote control via Smartphone. Ive just did all connections of the wireless access point and it was connected to tiger touch via apps on I Pad2. But i can only control the shutter via fixture and highlight button other functions cannot control. Tiger touch version is 8 and application version is 9. So any issue regarding the software version or have more settings that can be done inside the tiger touch. hope that can help me in this. Thanks.
