TitanOne Visualiser broken?

Hey, Im a starting user so im still working things out 
Happy so far.
I did run into a problem though. The virtualiser seems to not work anymore. I was playing with it a bit, adding and removing some lights and placing them. i saved the stage to a file but somehow after that it started to act up. I made a new stage to get rid of the many misplaced lamps. But somehow it wont even draw the "" room"" anymore, it wont load a saved stage, it just doesnt do anything anymore.
For trouble shooting i did:
Restart the software -> no go
Created a whole new showfile and added some random lights just to test -> still not working
Reinstalled the whole Avolites software -> no go
Rebooted my computer a few more times -> no go
Now i could go back to a backup of the whole laptop but that would mean i also lose a lot of other files (its also a working laptop) so id avoid this if possible
System:
Windows 10 Home 64Bit
I5-5200U
8GB ram
Asus K501LX laptop
