I did an instal for a client.
The setup is fairly easy the Titan one is running fine.
I programmed all cue in the playback window and wanted them to use the remote to recall playback.
Everything is fine on the PC you click a playback it goes on. On the remote you launch the playback everything is fine beside it dosnt load the dimmer. I have to set dimmer to 100% on the MH. Why is this?
All playback have a dimmer information ( 100% shutter on ) They are single cue playback which are mostly Pan Swing effect with Color and gobo 100% intensity.

Any fix to that beside having to manually open everytime the dimmer?

Edit: Forgot to say it's running 9.1 and lastest version of the Remote APP on Android

I too have this bug, running 9.1 with iPhone ios app.

Downgraded the computer to 9.0 and it works fine.

This has been fixed in the next version.

Sorry, I mean combination of Titan v10 and Titan Remote v10. At the time of writing these are both still in development and unfortunately I cannot give you a release schedule yet but I wanted to reassure you that I have been able to reproduce the issue and that it has been resolved in the next version.

I've just ordered a Quartz! The lack of physical buttons was restricting me. Lol.

Do you know if this remote bug is global across v9.1? Or will my Quartz be ok? Hope it can remain at v9.0 if not.

Titan remote is not console specific so it affects all but perhaps v10 will be available by the time you receive your console anyway?

It's coming tomorrow. Lol. I presume if it comes with v9.1 I can downgrade?

Things are suggesting v10 is out April 5th at Frankfurt, so hopefully not too long before we see it.

good day in related to titan remote control. Ive just did all the necessary connection of wireless access point to tiger touch version 8 and the apps in Ipad is version 9. it was connected all fine but my question is i cannot control other functions its only shutter opening upon selecting the fixture and ther highlight button in application. How can i fully operate the remote. Thanks for your kind replies.

For v8 try 'Titan Remote' app, rather than 'Titan Remote v9'.
