Fade times in cue lists

I've recently updated my board to Titan v9, and since then any conventional lights i use in cue lists are ignoring the fade times and levels i'm setting. For example if i have a cue with a Source4 set to a 5 second fade from 0 to 75% intensity, when i hit "go" the fixture just immediately jumps to 100% intensity, no fade. I'm at a loss here, i've tried everything i know.
