Titan One Spec

I am going to be building a custom made case with 2 touch screens and a built in computer. What can the titan suite work on? I know they say Intel i5 2Ghz but how many cores? Would it work on a AMD 2 core at 3.9Ghz? Want to build this without have a really expensive computer in it. Going to use 8gb ram at least and a SSD.
Hopefully someone can help :)

I got it running on a amd brazos 2ghz laptop, no problems, so a 3,9 ghz shouldn't be a problem.
I like living on the edge, it gives a great view over the world!
