Ciao all.

Sorry my english not very good, so I try to explain as I can.

Im on tour and have problem using Titan One. I needed two so I buy one more 2 days ago and now its no working like it should and like it says on the video info.

I have a show made on Tiger Touch 2, and I loaded show on my computer to run on Titan One, because have problems on TT2 so we wait to get another.
I use 2 universe on TT2, so I buy one more Titan One here, to have two of them and to run two programs to get two universe. I bring another PC, but now that I load show I patch "DMX OUTPUT A" on first to Line 1, and on other to Line 2. The first works, but the second doesn't. I tried change, and then first on line 2 not working, second on line 1 working. I tried ArtNet and it too does not work on line 2.

So I try delete all patch fixtures on Line 1, and only have them on line 2, still no work. Then I create new show, patch one dimmer on channel 1 on line 2, try and no work.

Why is this not working? It said "Patch on any line you want, but only one at a time".

What am I doing wrong??

thank you.

ciao, Paolo

It should work. To confirm, on the second machine in DMX Settings you have DMX Output A assigned to Line 2? As a last resort you could try parking everything on line 1 then repatch all the bits on line 2 to line 1.

TitanOne has only ever supported output on one single DMX line. In the past it was possible to change which line the TitanOne was assigned to however this was unreliable when using any line other than Line 1. For this reason, TitanOne will now only work with Line 1 and will not work on any other.

You can repatch an entire line in the Patch View by selecting the line on the left, pressing the Address header followed by Enter then type in 1. (including the decimal point) followed by Enter to confirm.

Thank both for reply.Yes, Niclighs, that is correct. But is not working.

It looks like Gregory is right, and that would be the reason. But I don't agree with what you did. It is still everywhere says it can be any line, that is not fair to people! :/ When was this change make?

Now it takes a lot of time to patch everything back to line 1. More than that, it is not useful if I have a timecode to try at home!

I use to program time coded shows to be run on consoles later with my T1 only. So I patched everything, and just tried the whole show first line 1, then line 2, then line 3... and this way all worked. Now I have to repatch everything?? This means I can no longer be sure it will work on bigger consoles! I have to have a way to try show AS-IS without any modification, so I am sure. This is not cool! :((

Apologies. I wasn't aware of the change. I cannot comment on reasons etc.

Me not either, before buying one more. It's really not cool nobody mention this anywhere.

Also, it makes things not fast anymore for backup. I could load show on 2 pcs and just patch line 1 and line 2 on each, to have it working. Now I have to park, repatch etc..? No good :(
