Auto-save Retrieval

I am fairly new to using the titan one software. I built a full show for a band using the software, then my computer bugged out on me. I found out that I never actually saved the show file. I have all of the auto-saves on an external hard disk, but they are not working on the new computer. what do I need to resolve this problem.

side note, I am not trying to run the show, from the hard disk I am importing the auto-saves into my new computer.
