titan one does not respond

hi all
i recently had my laptop stollen at a gig i have installed the titan pc suit on a new laptop but no matter what i do with the softwhere the dimmers and movers will not respond the tx light is flashing and everthin is plugged in correctly i have no idea what to try next i have loaded usb expert and the service is running
any one got any ideas other than renting a desk for the next show
