Show doesn't load on startup

I've received a report that our Titan One machine is consistently failing to load its show file when the software starts up. It's version 8.0 of the PC Suite on a Windows 8 machine, and the computer isn't used for anything other than lighting control (as far as I know, at least). Once you load the show file, it runs normally; it just doesn't load automatically. Any ideas what might be causing this?
