Leds changing colour as playback level changes

Running a sapphire touch. Fairly familiar with the different modes that are available but not found to right mode or settings. example; Copied/or created a Red led playback and as playback is pulled down the led appears to change to the previously recorded playbacks colour. (this is no good) do not want to use any mode that i have to apply a time to as this takes the live factor of using the sub/playback.
Basically I want the sub/playback to act fully independently with no time whilst maintaining it pure colour.

Also when I'm doing this when I have (for example) Green and Blue (expecting to get amber at 100% travel of both faders) on independent subs/playbacks it only colour mixes upto about 50% then the secondary fader seems to become dominant and gives me 100% of the secondary fader (i.e. Blue.) Why is this?

I'm struggling to understand your first question - sounds like a fader is in mode 2 and needs to be in 0 ir 1.

With second question surely amber would be red and green? Make sure that each of the mode 2 playbacks contain only one colour component.
