I assume that you are getting the error message, System Configuration Error!, when you start the software. Have you added or changed any hardware on your PC recently or updated any drivers? Is the time and date of the computer correct?

Time and date is correct. Maybe the problem is the year is now 2015?

Hardware is same, some usb devices connected, some not. Regarding the drivers I dont know, maybe some drivers update automatically.

Would you be able to post the log files from your computer by going to
Avolites >
Tools >
Log Collector in the
Start Menu? In
Log Collector, press
Options and ensure that the date range covers the issue and ideally includes the last time you remember the software working. Then press the
Go button then select a folder to save the log files to. The log files will be in a zip file with a name starting with
Logs_ followed by the computer name and the date. The zip file containing the logs may be quite large, please can you post them to a file sharing website (e.g.
WeTransfer,
Dropbox,
4Shared) and post the link here.

It happened to me when I moved Win7 to Win10.
In my case, I solved it through changing my computer name. And reboot.
I changed Korean computer name to English computer name.
Anyway, you better check your log files as Gregory said.

Thanks! After a year you helped me out! Changing my computer name (and change it back caus a lot of my network systems didn't work with a other name) worked!
