Yet another license glitch

Ive had a Titan One licensed for a while, havent changed any software, or anything at all on my computer. I havent actually booted T1 up in months, but when Im at a show today, I did and even though Ive had a full license since day 1, its asking me to re license again, and when I import the same license from your licensing dept, it fakes like its going to start, and heads right back into re licensing screen. repeating the process yields the same results.

I was told I would not have to keep doing this.

Also, when I click on request temporary license, the screen pops up with the computer key, and the Unlock code is already entered and has a green check next to it. when I click enter it goes back to the license prompts

It is possible that the computer key may have changed, in which case the original licence would not work. Can you try submitting a new full request via the website? Note that full requests for TitanOne are usually issued instantly. Sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
