Issues with colour palette

I installed vers. 8.0 and a fixture just throws white as the colour into the palette but the light unit shows the colour example.

Colour on light unit is purple - titan one colour palette displays it as white.

Any ideas

If possible can you please provide more details?

Is this a palette you are recording or a preset palette?

If it is one you are recording is it being created using colour mixing or a fixed colour wheel/colour macro etc?

What is make, model and mode of the fixture?

I am selecting a colour from the light units personality profile. The light is a Chauvet intimidator wash zoom 350 irc.

I have not been able to find any problem. My steps below:

- New show
- Patch 1x Chauvet Intimidator Wash Zoom 350 IRC (tried both modes) with option [Preset Palettes on Workspaces].
- Open Colours workspace

= All the colour palettes with matching scribble legend colours. Only one is white (the first one). Applying this sets the fixture to full RGB as expected.


Can you think of anything else? Perhaps there were already palettes in the workspace handles (including preset palettes from another fixture)?
