titan simulator computer key

Hello,
i''m trying to download the titan simulator to my laptop, i already have it installed and have worked with it on my desktop. when trying to download from the avolites website i''m asked for an computer key, it says that the key should be visible when starting the software, however i can''t find any code when starting the software or when it is started.
where should this key be displayed and is there maybe another way of getting it?

I can not think that you would be asked for a key on download. Can you post a picture of the message?

I've a similar problem. I want to use only titan simulator on my notebook. I installed it few mounth ago and when i start it on the 2 screen is writte "starting titan" and on virtual panel is written "waiting for Titan to start..."
I'd like to re-create licence but when i uninstall and re-install titan simulator, never allow me to make automatic or manual activation

Can you copy the licence file returned from the website into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Titan\Tokens directory and start the software? The software should automatically use any valid licence files in that directory.

I did it, starts Touch Wing, Virtual Panel but Titan.exe opens and close immediately and now in application registry there's this error

That key is to be generated on the very computer you are planning to use Titan One with. There is a video explaining this:
