Using All In One PC and additional Monitor

Good afternoon all Titan one users.
I need to replace/upgrade my current set up.
I am looking at using an "all in one" touch PC with an external monitor, probably not touch.
Does anyone have experience of such a set up, advice, pitfalls, makes of known ok kit. etc.

IT WORKS WELL 1 TIME I USE ANOTHER MONITOR WITH USB TOUCH ADDON BUT STILL ONE POINT OF TOUCH
