Hi...i´ve got an Titan one dongle to license but i can´t get passed the "Token file" part...what it is it?!?anybody could help me?!?

Ok... your help is welcome...but don´t joke me!!! you just sent me the link of the licensing page... MY QUESTION IS "W.T.F IS A TOKEN FILE?!?!?" i can´t get through that specific part on the TITAN LICENSE REQUEST... help please!!!

The token file is a file being generated on your computer during the licensing process. You need to store it somewhere (e.g. on your desktop, or a USB thumbdrive), and then upload it with the license request form.

If you could post a screenshot of what you see when you're stuck I am sure we could easily help you.

The error that appears is...

"The token file you uploaded is invalid, please upload a .atf file"

i´ve searched in my computer but i don´t find any files with .atf extensions... of course its invalid!!if it´s a file being generated during the licensing request, it didn´t appear nothing to save or store the token file...so ...what am i doing wrong?!? Titan One dongle has to be connected?!? have to reinstall everything again?!? i´ve got Avolites Titan PC Suite v7.3 in my labtop...don´t know if it´s important?!

When you save the generated key to a Usb thumbdrive it will be placed in Titan/Tokens folder.

After filling in the license form browse to this location to find the key and submit. You will then receive a temporary license in the form of a second key. Save this to the root of the Usb thumbdrive. In the license activation screen in Titan select [Enter License] and it should find the key. This will give you 14 days of use. In the meantime the full license key will be processed and you should receive this via email well before that limit expires. When you receive the full license, save it in the same way you did the temporary license and then in Titan go to system (shift+disk) and choose [Enter New License] option from the softkeys.

To get the token file, run the TitanOne software. When a screen appears saying Activation Required! press the button Request Licence followed by Full Licence. It will then give you the option to save the token file to a folder, once done you can attach the token to the request form.

If the console is already licensed with a temporary licence you can go to System mode and select Enter New Licence from the softkeys to export the token or update the licence.

ok...my bad!! i was in Full license in the Activation Type...now i changed to temporary license and

now is asking me the Computer Key...what is it?!? sorry...i´m not so in to computers!!!ahahahah!!! but tried to submit anyway and nothing is generated...only the warning that ...

AHAHAHAH...i´ve got it running!!!! thank you all!!!

now comes the best part...

first of all... i´ve connected a classic parled64 to try if everythings ok!!! did the patch with Generic 4channel (rgbD)...it was supposed to work!!then i patch it like dimmer channels...nothing!! now i know...the dongle isn´t sending DMX signal...for sure! no light in the DMX INDICATOR LIGHT of my fixture!! and i´ve tried with an normal controller and it´s everything ok!!! so...let´s go back again to the "computer stuff"!!!

anything to change in the labtop options?!?!? like firewall´s or something?!? with the Compulite dongle i had LOTS of problems like that...had to create a new user in the computer with everything disconnected and no internet use!! and it was bought...not cracked stuff!!

in my dongle there is only the "RX" light blinking...not the "TX" ...

Press the System mode button and select DMX Settings and check that DMX Output A is assigned to a line on the right-hand side.

Gregory...i saw the tutorial...and already had done that...i fixed the problem reseting the titan one panel on the usb expertconsole!!! i read it somewhere and tried...it had an exclamation icon in front and after resetting it turned ok!!!(green usb icon)
