Been running 7 for a while on acer lap top that previously had 6.
Yesterday was on while setting up a conference had flashed a few lights.
Came back to computer software fine visualiser showing what expdcted but no lights coming on.
Looked at dongle only orange led flashing, no green
Re booted more times tha i can count.
No different.
On start up green led flases once or twice then goes back to just orange.
Fortunately clien also has titan one and dongle so the show went on.
Any ideas.

Were you able to use the other TitanOne dongle in your laptop or did you use a different PC as well? Does DMX Output A appear in System > DMX Settings? If you open USB Expert Console from the Start Menu does it show the TitanOne dongle when it is connected and if so, is the icon next to it green?

Used clients LapTop and their Dongle.
I presume each dongle is registered to the user account.
I will shortly have 2 LapTops for main and hot back up so assumed I could have software on both and just fire up the required one with the dongle in, and have the other ready to go just in case.

Anyway will check out the settings and report back, now I've had some sleep!

Yes Shows DMX Output A.

Opened USB Expert, Yes DMX Expert shows dongle and in green not sure if dongle TX came on at this point BUT, selected the Titan one in left panel and clicked TX in the right one and it now is in TX mode.

Have to be honest not sure what this all means but it works, will see what happens after another shutdown or 2.

All worked fine last night for Theater rehearsal.
