Hi,
We are interested in purchasing the TitanOne and using it with a Multitouch PC.
Can you tell me if the multitouch format will provide more control or is it wasted?
In my understanding, i will be able to use multitouch input on a software version of the Titan Mobile desk.
Is this correct?
Any help and clarity would be appreciated.
Regards,
dsc

Currently multi-touch is not supported in the software, the software will still work if you use such a screen but you will only be able to touch or click in one place at a time.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for that.
Can you tell me why they recommend a touch screen when you are not able to use multitouch.
You may as well use the mouse if it is single touch.
We are trying to move away from mouse (move one object at a time) type lighting.
Currently using DMX 512 with DMX software.
Is the only realistic next step Titan Mobile?

Re: Titan One with Multitouch Screen
When using a touchscreen is generally quicker and easier to press the on-screen buttons. The display has been designed with touchscreens in mind with larger buttons that can easily be pressed by the touch of a finger. If you want to have more live control, pressing multiple buttons or moving multiple faders simultaneously, then the Titan Mobile is probably a better option for you.

i use a touchscreen laptop and it makes everything so much quicker and easier to do - it also makes drawing for legends a bit easier if you need to.
