Can you look for the TitanOne device in Device Manager? It is possible that it has been installed with the wrong driver and may be showing up under a different name. Check to see if there is a device that appears and disappears when you connect and disconnect the TitanOne, setting the View to Devices by connection will help to show you what is connected to the USB ports. If you find the device, you can manually install the drivers for it using the link on the Troubleshooting thread.

  • Can you right-click on the device and select Uninstall.
  • When prompted tick the box that asks you if you also wish to delete the device driver.
  • Then perform a complete reinstall of the software following the steps in the first section of the Troubleshooting thread.
