Hi. I have a problem with TO output. A premise, these problem is on client's computer.
Both drivers seems like working correctly but in "dmx settings" there aren't the physical outputs (or maybe better the "dmx out A").
I tried to use the UsbExpertService when I started the Acw popping-up an error message.
So I tried to uninstall all antivirus and various programs (I left only windows and QSC programs) and re-install drivers and PCSuite, but nothing changed.
After all I tried to install the PCSuite on a provisional computer (I left all programs and antivirus) and instantly work. The only difference was that the first one had Windows Home edition and the second had Windows Ultimate.
Could be the Home edition the problem?Should I change the OS or I miss something?

What is the error message that comes up with USB Expert? Is it the one below?

No, The error say "failed to start USB Expert Service!"

Please can you open up Log Viewer Pro from the Start Menu (under Programs > Avolites).

In Log Viewer Pro select File then Open Folders...
Ensure that This Machine is selected and all items are ticked then press Ok.
Once the log files are open scroll through the list checking for any errors relating to USB Expert, note that you can use the Filters at the top to hide all except Critical and Error messages.
Reply with the details of any error messages that you find.
