can't install USB expert.

when i try and install USB expert, i get a message telling me.
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. contact your support personnel or package vendor.

I have Titan one working fine, but it will not TX to the DMX dongle.
just a flashing orange RX light.


any suggestions?
