Failed to Start USB Expert Service

I've installed Titan One on my laptop and It's running happily, I've got one I'm installing for a customer... The drivers appear okay in device manager... done everything in troubleshooting post. Can't get the dongle into TX mode. In expert I can't start ACW - get an error saying 'failed to load USB expert service'. Done a repair on USB drivers... Any thoughts?

Please can you post a screen shot of the error message. Also can you confirm that Avolites Expert Usb appears in the list in services.msc.

Please can you try the following:
- Unplug the TitanOne if it is connected.
- Uninstall Avolites Usb Expert from Programs and Features.
- Delete the UsbExpert directory from C:\Program Files\Avolites.
- Open the Start menu and type Command Prompt, right click on the icon and select Run as Administrator.
- Type sc delete "Avolites Expert Usb" and press the return key.
- Restart the computer.
- Run the installer, UsbExpertSetupV4.6(4).msi, in C:\Program Files\Avolites\Install.
- Once installation is complete, restart the computer again.
- Plug in the TitanOne and start the TitanOne software.

Sorry for the delay in response I didn't realise you had responded on here.
Sorry no luck.
After uninstalling Avolites USB Expert from Programs and Features, there was no directory in C:\Program Files\Avolites neither was there a file to delete using command prompt.
Restarted and reinstalled USB expert, restarted again - still no luck.
Cheers,
