Lets say I make a cue that I'm happy with and want to use and I record it as a Playback memory. Later I decide that I want to add a new cue, but I didn't store the original memory as a cue list. Can I somehow change the memory to a cue-list or can I add a new cue to the first memory?

No, not at the moment. You need to begin a cue-list and then add the original cue by including it or using quick build.
