I've installed TitanOne twice, both times with the same result. When I connect the dongle and start TitanOne, all connected dimmers go to full strength. When I patch some of them as written in the manual and try to change their brightness, they fade out. Reversed control, that is. What can be the problem?
Windows XP SP3 x86, Jungo driver 11.0.0.0. Dimmers work okay with JBSystems CMX24. No settings changed in Titan 6.1.

Re: [Problem] Reverse DMX signal
Is the green LED on the dongle flashing to indicate it is transmitting DMX?

Yes. And it really transmits data. But dimmer reacts directly opposite to the supposed.
Re: [Problem] Reverse DMX signal
If you are able to control the dimmers but it is inverted the only explanations I can think of are that they are either inverted on the dimmers themselves or in the patch. However, I can't see how you could accidentally invert them in the patch.
Please try the following:
- Set dimmer address to dmx 001
- New show
- Patch 1x dimmer at DMX 001
- Open visualiser
- Select dimmer and adjust the value by wheel
How does it look on the visualiser and how does it compare to the actual control of the lamp on channel 1?
