Titan One Dongle
Cant get the dongle to TX. System says drivers not installed. Where do I look? Running Win 7.

Hi, can you go through the checks detailed in the troubleshooting post at the top of the forum?

Dongle
Didn't work on Laptop, however it works on tower!. Does it only sync to one machine in which case I need it to Laptop? Both running WIn 7.

Maybe another solution: with the dongle connected, start USB Expert Console. Then, start the service (Tools -> ACW Service -> Start). Does the dongle show up in the top left window? Probably not...
Then, Tools-> Repair USB drivers. Click through the appearing windows. This should re-install the drivers, and even make Windows detect the dongle. And if not, at least you might get a real error message, telling you something.
At least for me, this helped various times.
