Titan One Crashing

I'm using Titan One to control moving lights in a Glasgow Club 2 nights per week.

The first 2 5 hour sessions were perfect, trouble free. The following week, I fired up Titan on my Laptop, NOTHING HAD CHANGED, and within 30 mins I get a "Dongle not found" message full screen and all the heads stop moving. It did this a further 5 times that night, the time varies, as short as 5 min and as long as 50 min. The only way to get it running is to close Titan and start it again, which takes about 40 seconds!

The night after was the same.

I have changed nothing, I haven't unplugged the dongle, it just stops!
