Dongle issue

Postby masoundbob » 10 Feb 2013, 17:18

I have done the reinstall according to the instructions several times
T1-DMX AND Windriver are installed
Net Framework 3.5 is on and checked

Dongle is seen but showing RX only

USB Expert console shows no panels. Have refreshed.

Did repair drivers from console.
If I unplug dongle Titan One shows dongle not found.

Works fine on my old XP Laptop

PC Info
Lenovo Thinkpad Twist w/ touchscreen
Win 8
i5
4 GB Ram

Im stumped ????????????????????///

Have you checked in System > DMX Settings that DMX Output A is assigned to a line in the software. See the YouTube video for more information.

Please try going to Disk, selecting New Show and after ensuring that the Wipe DMX settings option is turned on, confirm the new show. This should reset the DMX settings to default. Then, please go to the DMX Settings window in System and check whether the DMX Output A appears.

Also look at the Troubleshooting post and see if you can see the correct items in device manager and system services.
