Hi Josh,

Are you running Capture on a separate PC or the same machine as Titan One? I use Capture on my machine at work with Titan One so I'm sure I'll be able to help.
Used to work at Avo. Freelance now.

If you are running both pieces of software on the same machine you may need to add the Microsoft Loopback Adapter which is a virtual network connection that allows applications to communicate with one another as if they were on two different computers. The loopback can be installed using the Add Hardware Wizard in Device Manager, instructions for Windows 7 can be found here: http://www.windowsreference.com/windows-7/how-to-install-a-loopback-adapter-in-windows-7/. Once this is installed, disable all other network connections (wired and wireless) to ensure that the loopback adapter is used by both pieces of software; you will need to re-enable the network connections again before connecting to another computer.
