Blue / Grey key names not displayed on playbacks

Postby GaryShooter » 09 Dec 2012, 21:26

Hi,
I've recently received a Titan One dongle and have encountered a couple of issues that puzzle me. I'll being with a very simple one. I'm sure I must be doing something wrong!

Section 12.2 "Key Profiles" on page 165 of the Titan Mobile v6.0 manual has a picture showing the labels for the blue/grey keys above the playback faders. This picture, and the associated text, explains that the labels change according to the current Key Profiles in use.

What I find is that the labels are always "Swop" and "Flash" and don't change with the Key Profile.

For example, for a Cue List, the standard Key Profiles configure the Blue / Grey keys to "Stop" and "Go", but the key labels are displayed as "Swop" and "Flash".

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your help,
Gary

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. This is a known bug. However, the key assignments do work correctly.

Hi niclights,

Thanks for the information, I assumed I was doing something wrong.

Although I agree it is a very minor issue, to a beginner like me it was very confusing to find the "Swop" button working like "Stop"!!!

I'll start a new topic for my next question regarding Palletes.

Thanks,
Gary
